How do you know you are doing your Job correctly?
How do you know that the outcome is free of defects?
What do you do if you have a problem?
If you hesitate answering these questions or were not sure about the answer
then you might want to review your Standard Work, Improve it or Rewrite it,
so that the next time you ask these questions you can have the answer right
away
